
Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and Executive Director
After graduating from the School of Political Science and Economics at Waseda University in 1987, Mr. Washikita joined Mitsui & Co., Ltd. He was stationed in Hong Kong for a total of 17 years, primarily handling the apparel and healthcare businesses. He held various positions, including Executive Vice President of Mitsui Bussan Inter-fashion Ltd., Deputy General Manager of the Corporate Planning Department, General Manager of the Healthcare Business Department, and Chairman and President of Mitsui & Co. (Hong Kong) Ltd. In 2020, he was appointed as a Director of Mitsui & Co., Ltd. In April 2024, he joined EPS Holdings, Inc. as an advisor, and in October of the same year, he became an Executive Officer of the company and the Chairman and CEO of EPS Creative Health Technology Group Limited in November. He has also served as President of the Hong Kong Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industries, Chairman of the Hong Kong Japanese School, and Vice President of the Hong Kong Japanese Club.


Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Director
Mr. Miyano used to engage in trade transactions between Japan-US, Japan-Europe and Japan-Asia for life science-related materials at a trading company. He joined the EPS Group in 2002 and has served as the representative of a life science materials manufacturing company in the Philippines and as the representative director of EPS Ekishin Co., Ltd., which is engaged in business in China.
He has been participating in EPS Creative Health Technology Group Limited from the planning stage, and will serve as COO from 2022.


Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director
Mr. Narumi joined EPS Corporation in 2007, where he was involved in monitoring operations for clinical development support within the CRO business and promoting academia-related business. Subsequently, he contributed to various EPS Group companies in roles related to business planning, budget management, and accounting and finance. He has held key positions, including Department Head of the Overseas Business Planning Department for CRO and Department Head and Executive Officer of the Administration Department. In October 2023, he was transferred to EPS Holdings, Inc., and in October 2024, he was appointed Deputy Head of the Emerging Business Management Office. In December 2024, he assumed the role of CFO at EPS Creative Health Technology Group Ltd.


Chief Technology Officer and Executive Director
In 2003, Ms. Du entered the University of Tokyo. Graduated at the top of her class from the Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Tokyo and received the Faculty of Agriculture Dean's Award in the same year. She obtained a Master's and a Doctorate degree in Molecular Pharmaceutical Sciences from Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Tokyo. She joined the Japanese subsidiary of L‘Oreal, a global leading cosmetic company, where she held positions such as manager of the Skincare Research and Innovation Center, the head of the Cleansing Department, and the head of the Hair Repair Department. She has been involved in research and development for many years, with over 30 domestic and international patent applications. In 2020, she founded Merry Plus Corporation and in 2024, she founded BioBeaute Co., Ltd., and became its representative director accordingly.


Executive Directors
Mr. Liang is a seasoned professional with a solid educational background and extensive career experience. He earned his bachelor's degree in Information Science and Engineering from Southeast University in China, followed by a master’s degree in Information Engineering from Chiba University in Japan. In 2014, he obtained an EMBA degree from the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). Mr. Liang began his career at Fujifilm Co. Ltd., where he worked as a Software Engineer. In 2002, he joined the EPS Group, holding managerial positions in various teams and taking charge of software development and clinical trials between China and Japan. In 2008, Mr. Liang transitioned to EPS (China) Co. Ltd., a subsidiary of EPS Group, where he served as Assistant General Manager, Deputy General Manager, General Manager, and Chairman. During this time, he oversaw internal management, market expansion, and project investment. Since July 2022, Mr. Liang has been the Chairman of EPS Medical Consultancy (Shanghai) Limited, a subsidiary of EPS Creative Health Technology Group Ltd. He continues to lead the company in driving innovation in the medical and consultancy sectors, delivering high-quality solutions to clients.


Executive Directors
Mr. Kitagawa pursued advanced studies at Peking University, majoring in Public Administration, and obtained a Doctoral degree (Ph.D.).
Mr. Kitagawa worked in the Investment Division of Charoen Pokphand Group from 2016 to 2023, where he was engaged in investment analysis-related work, including investment research and analysis, pre-investment due diligence, data analysis and feasibility assessments of investment projects.
Mr. Kitagawa joined EPS Holdings, Inc. in 2024. In his current roles, he is responsible for and involved in merger and acquisition and connected transaction projects, company secretarial matters, and other compliance, financial and administrative matters of the Group. Mr. Kitagawa is also a director of certain subsidiaries of the Company.


Non-executive Directors
Mr. Uematsu after graduating from the Faculty of Agriculture at Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology in 1989, he joined Kasho Co., Ltd. (now Toyota Tsusho Corporation). He was engaged in trade operations related to life science materials between Japan-the U.S., Japan-Europe, and Japan-Asia. He was stationed in the Philippines for about seven years, working in the life sciences business. In 2002, he joined the EPS Group and has been involved in investment management at EPS Ekishin Co., Ltd. since 2014. In 2017, he was appointed as the head of the Internal Audit Office at EPS Holdings, Inc. He has also served as an auditor for various EPS Group companies.


Independent non-executive Directors
Mr. Choi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia and has over 25 years of experience in real estate investment, development and corporate lending. He joined Sunwah Kingsway Capital Holdings Limited as an executive officer in 2000, and since 2010 he has been CEO of the company. Since 2021, he has been an independent director of EPS Creative Health Technology Group Limited.


Independent non-executive Directors
Mr. Chan graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration, the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1989. He took a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Manchester in 2003. In the same year, he became a member of the Association of Hong Kong Accountants. For the next 20 years, he served as executive director, financial director, and secretary for a number of listed companies.
In November 2001, he became an independent external director of Eagle Nice (International) Holdings Limited, an executive director of PINE Technology Holdings Limited in June 2017, an independent external director of Wai Chun Mining Industry Group in November 2020, and a company secretary of PINE Technology Holdings Limited in July 2017. Since 2021, he has been an independent director of EPS Creative Health Technology Group Limited.


Independent non-executive Directors
Mr. Saito graduated from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Chiba University (Chiba, Japan) in 1984, completed his Master's Degree there in 1986, and joined a domestic pharmaceutical company. He was engaged in formulation research and development (antihypertensive drugs and anticancer drugs in Japan and Asia).
He was appointed Executive Officer in the Development Division in 2019, became a General Manager of the Medical Affairs Division in 2020, and is currently a part-time advisor.
He was appointed the chairman of the ICH (International Council for Harmonization of Technical Requirements for Pharmaceuticals for Human Use) Steering Committee of Japan Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association in 2012 (currently a vice-chairman), Chairman of the Japan Advisory Committee of the Drug Information Association in 2019 (currently an advisor), and member of the Japan Agency for Medical Research and Development in 2019 (Continued).
He obtained a doctorate (pharmacy) in 2009, certified Medical Management Specialist (3rd grade) and Japan Master of Health Literacy / Certified Health Literacy Communicator in 2023.


Independent non-executive Directors
Ms. Zhang passed the bar exam in 2002, graduated from the Law School of Renmin University of China (LL.M.) in 2003, registered as a Chinese lawyer in 2004, registered as a Gaikokuho-Jimu-Bengoshiin 2011. Having worked as a partner in a prestigious law firm in China for about 3 years, in September 2010, Cuiping decided to come to Japan and work as one of the leaders of the China Practice Team at Nishimura & Asahi (Gaikokuho Kyodo Jigyo), so as to take a step closer to her clients willing to expand their business globally and to help resolve their foreign legal issues more timely and actively. As an international lawyer specialized in the legal and business practice of both China and Japan, she has participated in plenty of investment and M&A projects between China and Japan using her fluent Chinese and Japanese.she Additionally, she serves as a director who is an audit and supervisory committee members of RS Technologies Co., Ltd., an arbitrator for the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association (JCAA), and a managing director of the Japan-China General Chamber of Commerce.
